Niclas Andersson is currently the Head of Industrialisation and Manufacturing Engineering at Alstom, a position they have held since 2021. They previously served as the Head of Industrialisation and Manufacturing Engineering at Bombardier from 2019 to 2021, and as a Team Leader in Manufacturing Engineering at Bombardier Transportation from 2012 to 2017. Niclas began their career as a Consultant in Manufacturing Engineering at Aros IKAB from 2005 to 2009. They are pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and have also taken courses in Economics at Stockholm University.
