Simona Ghitea is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in strategic HR leadership, international mobility, and operational excellence across diverse multinational environments. Simona has held key positions, including HR Manager for Global Mobility and Strategic HR Operations at both Alstom and Bombardier, where they led global mobility teams and standardized processes to enhance employee experience. Previously, Simona served as Branch Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Romania, directing HR strategy and people development initiatives. They hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration and various professional certifications in negotiation, leadership, and operational risk. Currently, Simona is engaged in the Alstom Integration Program, further honing their skills in strategic HR leadership.
