Tom Miller

Tom Miller, PMP, has over three decades of project management experience, focusing on Planning & Scheduling PMO methodologies. They held positions at Alstom, where they currently serve as Group Planning Manager, and previously worked as a Primavera Scheduling Expert. Tom's career includes significant roles at Bombardier Transportation, overseeing major projects including the Oracle to SAP transition and managing resource allocation with Primavera tools. They also have a background in engineering and scheduling from their early careers at companies such as Duquesne Light Company and Westinghouse Electric Company.
