Weiqing Chua

Weiqing Chua serves as the APAC People Analytics & Talent Management Manager at Alstom since May 2022, overseeing regional Talent Development programs and leading People Analytics initiatives while advocating for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to this role, Weiqing held the position of Senior Manager for Manpower Planning & Analytics at the Ministry of Manpower, where responsibilities included developing an HR Data Roadmap and analyzing HR trends. Previous experience at Singapore Airlines spanned several assistant HR manager roles, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, and human capital analytics, ultimately establishing a dedicated analytics department. Weiqing Chua holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore.
