Brian Teague

Brian Teague is a Senior Patent Attorney at Alston & Bird, specializing in patent preparation and prosecution across diverse technical fields, including telecommunications and aerospace, since September 2022. With extensive experience as a patent attorney at various firms, including Patent Law of Virginia, PLLC, and Thomas, Karceski, Raring & Teague, PC, Brian has focused on similar areas of technology since 2006. Additionally, Brian has served as a board member of the Virginia Innovators Network, fostering innovation in Virginia, and held the position of president at the Greater Richmond Intellectual Property Law Association. Brian holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Brian's early career includes roles in technical sales and marketing at GE Fanuc Automation and volunteer service as a life member of the Charlottesville-Albemarle Rescue Squad.
