Freddie Fossier IV

Freddie Fossier IV has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Freddie started their career as a Computer Technician at Computer Innovations of North Texas, where they performed preventative maintenance for over 200 companies. Freddie then worked as an Assistant Store Manager at GameStop, where they achieved customer service targets and implemented effective inventory management strategies.

Freddie later served as a Production Supervisor and Desktop Support Administrator at LoJack Supply Chain Integrity, where they diagnosed and troubleshooted technical issues, built and repaired GPS tracking devices, and controlled inventory levels.

Freddie then worked as a Systems Support Specialist at id Software, providing solutions to various technical issues and resolving computer problems during production.

Freddie also worked at Oncor Electric Delivery as a Migration Support Engineer, responsible for migrating users' computers, upgrading RAM, and implementing new software.

Freddie then joined Dr Pepper Snapple Group as an EUE Migration Technician, resolving support issues and upgrading end-of-life hardware.

Freddie also worked at Cognoscape, LLC as a Service Desk Engineer, providing efficient remote monitoring and maintenance to enhance user experiences.
