Kristaps Mikasenoks

Kristaps Mikasenoks (Rudzitis) is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Team Lead for Core Development & Data Enrichment at Intrum since September 2022, where leadership involves guiding a team in supporting market functions and enhancing IT systems across 20+ countries. Prior to Intrum, Kristaps co-founded Kedeon in October 2019, focused on innovative monitoring solutions for supply chain logistics, and held various roles including IT Infrastructure Manager at AmberLife Cancer Clinic and Lead Expert at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Latvia. Additional experience includes significant contributions as a Blockchain Advisor at Monetizr and an Innovation Project Manager at WindMine AG. Kristaps’ educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Latvijas Universitate, a Mini-MBA in Innovation Management from Riga Business School, and is currently pursuing a Master's in MBA IT at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte.
