Ken Weigel

Ken Weigel is a Senior Counsel and Partner at Alston & Bird, where since June 2002, the focus has been on advising and representing clients in import and export issues and trade remedies cases, with an increasing emphasis on investigations and audits. Prior to this role, Ken Weigel held Partner positions at Kirkland & Ellis from 1997 to 2002, Baker & Hostetler LLP from 1991 to 1997, and Webster & Sheffield from 1988 to 1990. Initial legal experience was gained as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from 1984 to 1988, Bayh, Tabbert & Capehart from 1981 to 1984, and Barnes, Richardson & Colburn from 1979 to 1981. Ken Weigel earned a JD in Law from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
