Alejandro Payan

Alejandro Payan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Alejandro is currently working as the Director of Talent Development and Alliances at Alstra Technologies since May 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded and held the role of Chief Commercial Officer at BRAINX Consulting S.A.S. since June 2020. Alejandro also served as the Founder and CEO of Equinox Energy Solutions Latin America, where they worked on various consulting projects for leading companies in software, IT, artificial intelligence, and energy sectors. Alejandro has further experience as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Business Development Officer at La Cascada Investments, overseeing strategic projects and alliances in the development and valuation of land assets. Early in their career, Alejandro worked at Microsoft as a Strategic Alliances Manager, managing key allies and driving success cases worth over $200 million per year.

Alejandro Payan's education history begins with their attendance at Middlesex School - Preparatory Boarding School from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained their high school degree. Alejandro then went on to study at Skidmore College from 1989 to 1994, focusing on business and government. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, Alejandro pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at American University - Kogod School of Business, specializing in the management of global information technology. In 2016, Alejandro participated in the HBS - Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, concentrating on strategy and building and sustaining a competitive advantage.
