Chase Batt

Chase Batt is an experienced leader in human resources and development, currently serving as the Leader Development Manager at FORUM Credit Union since July 2021. In this role, Chase is responsible for creating and delivering engaging learning experiences for managers and executives, alongside providing coaching to enhance leadership effectiveness. Previously, as Regional Vice President and HR Business Partner at Northwest Bank, Chase led recruitment and employee engagement initiatives for over 60 retail offices. At MutualBank, Chase held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing recruitment and employee development for a large financial institution. Early career roles include Retirement Plan Coordinator at American Funds and Customer Service & Electronic Banking Manager at MutualBank. Chase holds an MBA from Anderson University, has completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Ball State University.
