Harshal K. has extensive experience in the food science and nutrition sector, currently serving as an Advisor at Asentia and Alt Collective since June 2023 and 2024, respectively. Prior to these roles, Harshal held key positions at Tyson Foods as Vice President of Alternative Protein R&D and at Clara Foods™ as Vice President of Product and Director of Product Development. Harshal's career includes significant contributions to PepsiCo as Associate Principal Scientist in Global Snacks R&D, focusing on tortilla chip pipeline enrichment and product innovation for Doritos and Fritos.
