Dan Flis

Dan Flis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dan started their career at Alro Group in 1990 as a Purchasing/Inside Sales representative. Dan then joined W.W. Grainger in 1992, where they worked in operations for thirteen years. In 2005, they moved to A.T. Kearney as a Quality Manager, responsible for streamlining quality processes and implementing a quality management system. From 2007 to 2008, Dan worked at Netlink as a Program Manager, focusing on government requests for proposals and establishing strategic partnerships. Dan later became the President of Alliance Packaging Solutions in 2009, where they oversaw day-to-day operations and developed effective sales strategies. In 2010, they joined E&R Industrial as the National Sales Manager, managing strategic accounts and leading sales teams across multiple states. Currently, Dan is working at Alta Equipment Company as the Director of Sales for Construction Equipment in Michigan.

Dan Flis attended Eastern Michigan University from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution and Marketing.
