Elise Small

Elise Small is an experienced HR professional specializing in talent acquisition, currently serving as the HR Manager for Talent Acquisition at Alta Equipment Company since February 2021. In this role, Elise focuses on the Material Handling division, managing the recruitment process for various positions while collaborating with hiring managers and overseeing candidate onboarding.
