Zac Shaw

Zac Shaw has a diverse work experience in the IT services industry. Zac started their career at ALTA IT Services, LLC in 2019 as the Vice President of Business Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Cohesion | Technology Services for several years, holding various positions including Sr. Director of Talent Strategy, Managing Director, Corporate Accounts Manager, Business Development Manager, Executive Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter. Throughout their roles, Zac has demonstrated skills in team management, client partnership, and full-cycle recruitment for IT professionals.

Zac Shaw completed their education at Miami University from 2001 to 2005, obtaining a degree in BSBA with a focus on Marketing. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Predictive Index (PI) Practitioner from Predictive Synergistic Systems in January 2017.
