Kimberly Williams

Kimberly Williams is a seasoned professional in environmental planning and design, currently serving as a Senior Planning Associate at Alta Planning + Design since June 2022. Prior to this role, Kimberly held significant positions at Equinox Environmental Consultation and Design, Inc. as a Senior Recreation & Environmental Planner and Team Lead for Planning from July 2013 to June 2022, managing various environmental planning projects. Kimberly's earlier experience includes leading the South Mountain Partnership at the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, overseeing a collaboration of over 60 organizations, and working as an Environmental Planner at BIO-WEST, Inc. on a statewide project for the Utah Department of Transportation. Kimberly also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at Utah State University and began a career in landscape design at Design Workshop. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning from Utah State University and an Associate of Science degree in Urban Planning from Snow College.
