Dave Quandt

Dave Quandt has been with Alta Resources since the company first started in 1995. During his time at Alta, he has held a variety of roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Vice President of the California facility, and Senior Vice President of Care.

In 2013, Dave took on the leadership role for Alta’s health insurance vertical, an evolving and dynamic industry. There he helped develop and implement numerous customer-focused, metrics-driven programs for some of the United States’ largest health insurance brands. With that same data-driven mindset, he also leads Alta’s Lean and Six Sigma efforts.

Dave earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, both from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, and is currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations. He has over 30 years of experience in business process outsourcing and the contact-center industry has proven invaluable as Alta Resources continues to grow and expand into new markets.
