Fermil Anonuevo

Fermil Anonuevo is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in customer service and healthcare operations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Alta Resources since July 2018, Fermil manages customer service operations for a major global sports brand. Prior to this role, Fermil held the position of Global Operations Director at QBE Insurance from March 2014 to June 2018, overseeing various lines of business including underwriting, insurance processing, and contact center operations. Fermil's experience also includes roles such as Assistant Vice President of Healthcare Operations at EXL Service and Account General Manager at TELUS International Philippines, along with key positions at Convergys Corporation. Fermil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, obtained in 2004.
