Jaime L Jones

Jaime L Jones has extensive experience in customer relationship management and account management, currently serving in a customer relationship management role at Alta Resources since September 2014. Previously, Jaime held the position of SMB Account Manager at Gartner from October 2012 to July 2014, where responsibilities included assisting emerging technology and service providers in utilizing Gartner’s resources to enhance business growth. Prior to that, Jaime worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Sprint from July 2011 to October 2012, focusing on coaching and motivating sales and technical representatives to meet performance goals. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Florida Gulf Coast University, earned in 2011.
