Tracey Theis

Tracey Theis is an experienced professional with a robust background in workflow coordination and customer support. Currently serving as the North America Workflow Coordinator at NIQ Brandbank since November 2021, Tracey also holds a position in Sales Customer Support at Alta Resources since July 2021. Prior to these roles, Tracey spent over four decades at Nielsen, where responsibilities included Analyst, Bev Al Client Delivery, Operations Team Lead, and Team Lead/Database Specialist. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, which was earned between 1981 and 1988.
