Payton Mills

Payton Mills currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at Alta Vista Technology since October 2023, focusing on accounting and operations software implementations. Mills also holds the title of Vice President of Growth Strategy at Evergreen, a private-equity-backed holding company, since June 2023. Previously, Mills was an Executive in Residence at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and participated as a Growth Strategy Consultant for Newbury Franklin Home Services. Additional experience includes various roles at Steelcase and Blue Medora, spanning product management, marketing, and sales. Payton Mills earned an MBA from Northwestern University and a BBA in Marketing and Finance from Grand Valley State University.
