Matthew Needler

Matthew Needler is an experienced video producer and designer with a diverse background in media production. Currently serving as Lead Video Producer at Alta since January 2024, Matthew creates weekly videos for "Project 2" and contributes to marketing strategies. Previously, as Senior Studio Designer and Video Producer at Creative Assembly from April 2019 to December 2023, Matthew managed studio-focused designs and produced interview pieces and livestreams in collaboration with BAFTA. Earlier roles included Studio Content Producer, Video Editor and Motion Graphics Animator at Vermillion Films, and YouTube Partner, where Matthew significantly grew a Minecraft-based channel. Additional experience includes working with UN-Habitat on digital architectural projects and co-authoring an award-nominated Minecraft publication. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Technology in Media Production from Cottingham High School - Sixth Form College.
