Carlos Gallego Saugar

Carlos Gallego Saugar currently serves as Regional Manager at Level Up by AltaFit since January 2023, overseeing operations in Levante, Andalucía, and Madrid Centro while managing a team of over 30 individuals. Previously, Carlos held the position of Club Manager at AltaFit Gym Club from October 2018 to the present, where responsibilities included dual management of AltaFit Estudiantes and AltaFit Puerta del Sol, along with P&L supervision and identifying improvement areas. Carlos's extensive experience also includes a role as Sales and Marketing Associate at Virgin Active from December 2012 to June 2018, where commercial initiatives and corporate negotiations were key functions, and an internship in gerency at SANO Center. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management and Administration of Sports Organizations from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from Universidad de Alcalá.
