Angela Lekatsas

Angela Lekatsas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Director at AltaGas Ltd. and Baytex Energy Corp., and as Non-Executive Chair at HGS BioScience, Angela has also held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer at Cervus Equipment. In addition, Angela contributes as an Independent Corporate Director, Chair of the Audit Committee, and Member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee at Cervus Equipment. Previous experience includes the role of Vice President of Merger Integration at Nutrien. Angela holds a Certified Public Accountant designation from Illinois and has completed the Rotman Directors Education Program through the Institute of Corporate Directors at the University of Toronto.
