Oleg Ilichev

Oleg Illichev is a seasoned professional in the finance and venture capital sectors, currently serving as Founder and Managing Partner at Altai Ventures since March 2021. In addition, Oleg is a Co-Founder and Lead Member of the Board at Reserv, starting in October 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Argo Group from January 2008 to March 2021, where Oleg founded Argo Ventures and held titles such as SVP & CFO of US Operations and Director of Corporate Finance. Oleg's career began at Bear Stearns Companies from January 2004 to December 2008 as a Private Equity Associate/Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group. Oleg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University and has completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
