Gregorio Schneider

Gregorio Schneider is an esteemed professional in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate at Columbia Business School since March 2025. As the Founder and Managing Partner of TC Latin America Partners since January 2012, Gregorio has led efforts in acquiring and developing diverse real estate assets across Latin America, with the firm being registered with the SEC in the United States. In addition, Gregorio holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at Industrial Gate, focusing on the development of sustainable industrial real estate in Mexico. Gregorio's prior experience includes leadership roles such as Head of Emerging Markets at Sculptor Capital Management and Portfolio Manager at both The Rohatyn Group and Spinnaker Capital Ltd. Gregorio began a career at Banamex and Credit Agricole Indosuez, specializing in emerging markets. Academic credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Business from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
