Caroline Phares

Caroline Phares is an accomplished professional in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Altair. With previous leadership roles at Domino Data Lab, including VP and Global Head of Life Sciences, as well as Global Head of Health and Life Sciences, Caroline has demonstrated expertise in driving strategic initiatives. Prior experience at GSK involved positions such as Product Director in Quantitative Decision Making and Business System Owner for Clinical Data Analysis & Reporting. Additionally, Caroline has a background in coaching, having served as a Triathlon Coach and Running Coach at Fast Forward Fitness, LLC. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Comprehensive Science from Villanova University, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
