Jim Ryan

Jim Ryan is an experienced professional in solutions development and business strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Solutions Development and Global Strategy Director at Altair since November 2017. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Director of Business Development at CD-adapco from January 2013 to November 2017 and worked at The MathWorks as Global Academic Program Manager from January 2010 to December 2012. Jim's earlier career includes significant roles at MSC Software, Mechanical Dynamics, Inc., and SDRC, where Jim gained expertise in global academic programs, strategic marketing, and customer satisfaction. Jim holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
