Madeline Batey

Madeline Batey (Young), JD, CIPM, serves as Privacy Counsel at Altair since August 2024, following a role as Corporate Counsel at TeleTracking, where a strong focus was placed on data privacy and security compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR. Previously, Madeline held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Career Now Brands and served on the Board of Directors as Governance Committee Chair at Donate Homes Inc. Experiences also include Associate General Counsel at USA UNDERWRITERS, where responsibilities encompassed navigating regulatory and compliance issues, and various attorney roles at Chapman Law Group and Saurbier Law Firm, specializing in civil rights, medical malpractice, and complex litigation. Madeline completed a JD at Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science-Prelaw from Michigan State University.
