Sarmad Khemmoro

Sarmad Khemmoro is a highly experienced professional in electronics design and simulation, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Products & Strategy at Altair since October 2020. Previously, Sarmad held the position of Vice President of Global Technical Business Development for Electronics at the same company. Between March 2010 and October 2020, Sarmad worked at Mentor, a Siemens Business, as the Senior Applications Engineering Manager, leading the Systems Design team. Sarmad's career includes roles at Mentor Graphics, Innoveda, Viewlogic Systems, Comtel EDA, and Cad Solutions, with expertise in applications engineering and business development. Sarmad holds a Master’s degree in Electronics/Computer/Software from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Baghdad.
