Gregory Bodene, MHA has extensive work experience in various industries. Gregory currently works at Altais as the Director Decision Support, a role they started in April 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Manager at Altais from March 2020 to April 2021.

Before joining Altais, Gregory worked at Optum for a significant part of their career. Gregory'sroles at Optum included Senior Product Manager - Innovation/New Product Development from April 2015 to March 2020. In this role, they drove end-to-end innovation, development, and product management, validating net-new innovation ideas. Gregory also served as a Finance Manager and FP&A Lead from October 2010 to March 2015, and as a Business Development Analyst from June 2008 to October 2010. In the latter role, they led business development operations, partnership planning, and strategic sales support/negotiations.

Gregory has experience in financial analysis as well. Gregory worked as a Financial Analyst at HD Supply from 2007 to 2008 and as a Financial Analyst at Designscape from 2006 to 2007.

Earlier in their career, Gregory served in the U.S. Coast Guard as a PACTACLET from 1997 to 2001.

Gregory Bodene, MHA has a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business from San Diego State University, graduating between 2002 and 2006. Gregory also studied Finance at Universidad de Valladolid for a brief period in 2005.

Apart from their formal education, Gregory has obtained additional certifications in Optimal Product Management and Product Marketing from The 280 Group in May 2019, as well as Insights for Innovation from IDEO U in October 2015.
