Arezou Mobasher

Arezou Mobasher is a seasoned operations research professional with extensive experience in decision support, data science, and supply chain management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Decision Support & Ops Research in Network Planning at Southwest Airlines since September 2022, Arezou has previously held key roles at Carvana and American Airlines, where notable contributions included leading significant optimization and machine learning projects. Arezou's career began with consultancy at Optym, complemented by academic roles as a research assistant and teaching assistant at the University of Houston and Sharif University of Technology. Arezou holds a PhD in Operations Research from the University of Houston, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
