Javier Simón

Javier Simón has a varied work experience spanning over several years. Javier began their career as the Head of Programming Languages & Tools at Professional Training in 1994, before moving on to become a Project Manager at Active Technology in 1995. After that, they worked as a Solutions Consultant/Project Manager at Ericsson from 2000 to 2002. Javier then joined Investment Technology Group, Inc. as a Principal Software Engineer/Software Architect from 2002 to 2008. Following this, they worked at Athena Systems as a Principal Development Engineer/Software Architect from 2008 to 2014. Javier then joined BBVA as a Senior Consultant from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they hold the role of Managing Director - IT at AltamarCAM Partners since 2015.

From 1987 to 1990, Javier Simón attended Universidad de Alcalá and obtained a degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
