Guy Morrell

Guy Morrell is an accomplished information security professional with extensive experience across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Information Security at British Business Bank since December 2022, Guy previously held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at The Francis Crick Institute from March 2015 to January 2023. In this role, responsibilities included overseeing internal networks, Internet and cloud connectivity, network security, and data centers. Guy's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Network Architect at University College London and Senior Network Support and Development Officer at the University of Oxford. Starting a career at RM Education as a Systems Engineer, Guy holds an MSc in Control Engineering and a First-Class BEng (Hons) in Computer Systems Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
