Marta Montalban

Marta Montalban is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in capital markets and corporate law. Currently serving as Managing Director and Legal Executive Director at Altamar CAM Partners since November 2019, Marta has previously held the position of Legal Director for the Capital Markets group at DLA Piper's Madrid office from October 2007 to November 2019. Additional roles include advisory positions in financial operations at Grupo Ahorro Corporación, legal practice at Uria Menendez Abogados, and a junior associate role at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P. in Madrid. Marta holds dual degrees in Business Administration and Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, obtained in 2000.
