Sebastian Damian

Sebastian Damian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the gaming and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Fugaso since September 2025, Sebastian has previously held the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Evocentris since July 2011. Notably, Sebastian was Managing Director at 3 Oaks Gaming from November 2021 to September 2025 and Commercial Director at Playson from April 2016 to September 2017. Earlier roles include Sales Manager at Bede Gaming Ltd and EveryMatrix Ltd, both prominent providers of software solutions for the online gambling industry. Sebastian began a career in sales management with Hostway UK Ltd and Interactive Technical Services, and initial experience as a Sales Operations Analyst at HP. Academically, Sebastian holds two Master of Science degrees, one in Artificial Intelligence Algorithms from the University of Gent and another in Marketing and International Economic Integration from the Faculty of Marketing and International Business in Bucharest.
