Elizabeth Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Elizabeth began their career in 1998 as a Business Office Receptionist at BHC Alhambra Hospital, Inc. In 2000, they worked as an HR Intern at Ameriquest Mortgage Company. In 2002, they joined Priority Medical Management Services as an HR Coordinator. Later the same year, they also started working at AltaMed Health Services, where they held various positions including Training Specialist, Senior Human Resources Generalist, Employee Relations Supervisor, Compensation Supervisor, HR Business Partner II, and most recently, Senior Human Resources Manager. Elizabeth Martinez is currently working at AltaMed Health Services as a Human Resources Director.
Elizabeth Martinez obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in December 2004. Elizabeth then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, starting in 1997 and ending in 2002. Following that, they attended the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Human Resources (MHR) degree with dual specialization in Business Administration and Human Resources.
