Mayra Ceballos

Mayra Ceballos has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Mayra is currently working as the Manager Patient Communications at AltaMed Health Services since March 2022. Previously, they served as the Chief Program Officer at El Centro Del Pueblo from January 2020 to July 2022. Before that, Mayra worked as a Project Manager at MBI Media from March 2019 to December 2019, where they developed and managed community outreach plans for clients in the infrastructure and construction industries. Prior to that, they were the Program Director at El Centro Del Pueblo from August 2017 to March 2019, overseeing a grant and managing day-to-day operations. Mayra also worked as a Program Coordinator at Family Focus Resource Center, CSUN, and as an Operations Manager at Barrio Action Youth and Family Center. Additionally, they have experience as a Community Resource Specialist at Los Angeles City Attorney and as a Regional Program Coordinator at the Office of Gang Reduction and Youth Development. Their earliest work experience was as an Office and Data Entry Assistant at The Social Graces, Inc. throughout 2004-2009.

Mayra Ceballos completed their Master's degree in Sociology at California State University, Northridge in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Liberal Studies from the same university.
