Rolando C.

Rolando C. serves as the Director of Government Affairs at AltaMed Health Services since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading government affairs strategies and building relationships with legislators and stakeholders to support underserved communities in California. Previously, Rolando held positions such as Manager of Legislative and Advocacy Affairs and Senior Policy Analyst at AltaMed, as well as serving in the U.S. House of Representatives as a Field Deputy and Staff Assistant. Rolando's experience includes a fellowship with Coro Southern California, consulting for the Pat Brown Institute, and various roles in government and public service, complemented by a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Los Angeles.
