Laura Worthen Lodes is a Professional Engineer (PE) with extensive experience in air quality permitting and compliance. Laura has worked in various roles, starting in 2000 as an Air Quality Specialist at Trinity Consultants. In 2002, they joined SAIC Energy, Environmental & Infrastructure as an Air Group Manager, where they managed air quality permitting and compliance for clients in the oil and gas, refineries, power plants, and foundries sectors. In 2013, Laura joined ALTAMIRA, where they initially served as the Vice President - Mid Continent Region, specializing in air quality permitting and compliance. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Engineering Officer at ALTAMIRA, where they continue to bring their expertise in air quality management.

Laura Worthen Lodes, PE received their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1996. Laura continued their education at the same institution and obtained their Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering in 1998.
