Jim Congdon

Jim Congdon is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering at Trident since August 2025, Jim previously held positions including Chief Software Officer at LightRidge Solutions and Chief Software Architect at GEOST. An extensive career at Logos Technologies LLC encompassed roles such as Director of Information Science and Engineering and Software Engineering Manager. Jim began his professional journey in the U.S. Air Force, serving as Captain and Flight Commander. Academic credentials include an MBA from Duke University and advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and Duke University.
