Adam Omar

Adam Omar is Chief Financial Officer for Altamira Technologies Corporation, a data analytics and advanced engineering company supporting the U.S. national security community headquartered in McLean, Virginia.

At Altamira, Adam is responsible for the company’s finance, accounting, treasury, tax, contracts and compliance.

Adam has over 25 years of experience in financial management and business operations for global, technology and services companies in the government and commercial markets. Prior to Altamira, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for CyberCore Technologies, a cyber security and engineering firm providing services and technology to the U.S. Government. Prior to CyberCore Technologies, Adam held the Chief Financial Officer position for PlanetRisk, Inc., a provider of geospatial software technology and professional services to the U.S. Government and Orchestro, Inc., a SaaS predictive analytics software sales and development company. Both companies were acquired by prominent private equity, publicly traded or privately held firms.

Adam has previously served in finance leadership roles at SAIC, LexisNexis and Software AG. He has been responsible for development and implementation of business strategy, financial management and mergers and acquisitions for the assigned segments of the companies.

Adam holds a Master of Science in Finance degree from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from George Mason University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
