Caroline has over 30 years’ experience in human resources management, serving as a human resources executive at various DC-area based government contractors such as LabCorp, Metamor-PSINet, and over 12 years as Vice President, Human Resources for SAIC. For the most recent five years, Ms. McConnell performed as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for Engineering Solutions & Products LLC (ESP).

Ms. McConnell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Mason University and has several professional certifications, including Senior Certified Professional from Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), as well as BIL Facilitator and Trainer certification with Development Dimensions International (DDI).
