Caroline Mcconnell

As the Chief Human Capital Officer at Altamira Technologies Corporation, Caroline is responsible for helping Altamira’s most valuable assets, its employees, to achieve professional success and growth. Caroline will be developing and guiding Altamira’s talent management philosophy, and maximizing the organization’s strategy for acquiring, developing, rewarding and retaining the best talent. Caroline has over 30 years’ experience in human resources management, serving as a human resources executive at various DC-area based government contractors such as LabCorp, Metamor-PSINet, and over 12 years as Vice President, Human Resources for SAIC. For the most recent five years, Ms. McConnell performed as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for Engineering Solutions & Products LLC (ESP).

Ms. McConnell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Mason University and has several professional certifications, including Senior Certified Professional from Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), as well as BIL Facilitator and Trainer certification with Development Dimensions International (DDI).
