Deanna Brousseau

Deanna Brousseau, CPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as the Director of People & Talent at AltaML since September 2020, Deanna leads a high-performing talent team and champions a first-class candidate experience. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Partner at Alberta Energy Regulator and HR & Operations Lead at Champions Career Centre, where Deanna focused on enhancing workplace inclusivity and mentoring diverse teams. Deanna began a career in human resources with several positions at AECOM and URS Flint, culminating in a strong foundation in strategic recruitment marketing and talent development. Deanna holds a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources and Labour Relations from the University of Lethbridge.
