Karla Andrade

Karla Andrade is a seasoned professional in radiofrequency design management with extensive experience in telecommunications. Currently serving as the Radiofrequency Design Manager at ALTÁN REDES since December 2017, Karla has been instrumental in the 4G design rollout across the country, achieving significant milestones and committing to government agreements. Prior to this role, Karla worked at Telcel for over 16 years in various capacities, including Radiofrequency Design Coordinator and Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed 4G and IoT trials and vendor evaluations, laying the foundation for national network deployments. Additionally, Karla has experience in sales and marketing from previous positions at BMG Bertelsmann México and TV Azteca. Karla holds a Master's in Industrial Enterprises Management and degrees in Electronic and Communications Engineering as well as Communication and Humanistic Productivity.
