Carson Mulligan's education history includes a variety of programs and degrees. In 2014, they attended Oklahoma State University, where they pursued a degree in Economics & Chinese and graduated with honors as a member of Phi Beta Kappa in 2018. During this time, they also participated in language programs at Middlebury College, undertaking summer intensive language programs in Mandarin in 2016 and 2018.

In 2018, Mulligan further expanded their language skills by participating in an Academic Year in Taipei program at National Taiwan University. Additionally, they completed a spring semester abroad at Fudan University in Shanghai, focusing on advanced Chinese language learning in 2017.

In 2019, Mulligan enrolled in the Yenching Academy of Peking University, pursuing a Master of Arts in Law & Society. Carson completed their studies in 2021.

Continuing their educational journey, in 2022, Mulligan attended Le Wagon, a coding bootcamp, where they pursued a web development program.

Adding to their language expertise, in 2021, they also studied Portuguese Language and Literature at the Caminhos Language Centre, completing a program in that field.
