Pedro Alves

Pedro Alves has a diverse work experience in project management roles. Pedro currently works as a Project Manager at Altar.io since June 2021. Before that, they were a Senior Project Manager at Critical Software from January 2020 to March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an R&D Project Manager at Infinera from October 2018 to January 2020, and at Coriant GmbH & Co. KG from May 2013 to September 2018. Pedro also gained valuable experience as an R&D Project Manager at Nokia Siemens Networks Portugal, SA from April 2007 to May 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Leader at Siemens S.A. from September 2004 to March 2007, and started their career at Skysoft as a Project Manager from February 2002 to September 2004, and as an Engineer from October 1998 to February 2002.

From 1994 to 1998, Pedro Alves pursued their undergraduate studies at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST- Lisbon). During this period, they focused on Aerospace Engineering, immersing himself in subjects such as Physics, Mechanics, Flight Dynamics, Control, and Informatics. Pedro successfully completed their degree program within these four years.
