Paul Richardier

Paul Richardier is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategy development, and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Group M&A and Strategy Director at ALTAREA since December 2018, Paul co-leads financial modeling and negotiations with a focus on diversification in real estate and infrastructure. Notable achievements include the disposal of a logistics platform for €390 million. Previous roles include Quantitative Risk Manager and Group Financial Analyst at ALTAREA, as well as Group M&A Analyst at UBS and M&A Analyst at BNP Paribas CIB. Paul holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from ESSEC Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Law from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
