Thibaut Gracia is an experienced professional in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, investment, and asset management, currently serving as Directeur M&A EnR and Directeur adjoint Investissement at ALTAREA since July 2018. Previous roles at ALTAREA include Asset Manager and Analyste in the financial direction for major projects. Thibaut's experience at EY as a Consultant en Financement de projet focused on financial engineering and advisory for infrastructure projects. Additionally, a brief tenure as Project Manager at AEW Europe took place in early 2015. Thibaut holds an Advanced Master's degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School, a Master's degree in Business Administration from EM Strasbourg Business School, a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from INSA Strasbourg, a Civil Engineering Certificate from Polytechnique Montréal, and an A-level in Mathematics from Lycée Pierre Paul Riquet Saint-Orens.
