Dorothy Sandberg

Dorothy (Halsey) Sandberg currently serves as Vice President of HR and Talent Development at Altaris, LLC, beginning in September 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Director of HR for R&D and Medical Affairs at BD from February 2024 to September 2025, and an HR Business Partner at Bridgewater Associates from July 2022 to February 2024.
