Chuntanay Phillips

Chuntanay Phillips has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Chuntanay began their professional career as a Tutor for America Reads/Counts in 2010. In 2012, they held two roles simultaneously, as a Peer Advisor for the UIUC Study Abroad Office and as a Video Production Intern for the UIUC Public Affairs. In 2014, they became a Student Services Coordinator for Kaplan Test Prep. In 2017, they moved to the marcus evans Group, where they worked as an Administrative Coordinator. Most recently, in 2021, they began a new role as a Recruiting Coordinator for AltaStaff, a boutique staffing agency.

Chuntanay Phillips began their educational journey in 2009 when they attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and earned a Bachelor of Science in Media and Cinema Studies. In 2013, they continued their studies and earned a Master of Fine Arts in Cinema Directing from Columbia College Chicago.
